Last week, the Wranx team were silver sponsors and exhibitors at the Future of the Contact Centre Conference in London. The conference was busy, with over 500 delegates attending the various topic streams, workshops and seminars on customer experience and digital transformation.
We found that the conference was a great fit for our platform, as it aims to arm delegates with all the tools, strategies and techniques they need to deliver successful contact centre strategies.
